As well as running Soul Happy, I am a passionate environmentalist. I think it’s great that there is an ‘Earth Day’... it’s a chance for us to think more deeply about our wonderful planet that provides for us, a chance for to take positive action to help her in our everyday lives and NOT just talk about it or post on post on social media).
Let’s not forget about our beautiful planet on all the other 364 days of the year too. #Earth day should be every day! Let’s help the earth more, and at least not hurt her as much. She is a living breathing organism and will continue to defend herself again humans if we continue hurting her. Take positive action to help her... what can you do? Reduce your waste? Reduce the chemicals and pollution in your life? #Sustainably travel more? #Reuse where possible? Reduce meat/dairy/eggs? Go vegan? Plant more trees and plants for more #oxygen? #Reduce single-use plastic? Buy eco friendly, organic or locally sourced items?
