‘Acting for Confidence’ runs monthly on Monday evenings as a kick-starter to the week ahead.
The first hour will be be fun-filled, encouraging participants from any background to experiment with voice, breath, movement, improvisation and animal studies to increase centredness, self-awareness, self-trust, confident risk-taking and self-expression. The final 30 minutes will be a space for anyone wishing to work towards a sharing of work to devise a piece of drama from scratch.
We particularly welcome those new to performance as a means of self-expression or those wishing to improve their levels of confidence. £7 for 1 hour 30 minutes (those wishing to stay for the final half-hour will not be charged extra.)
18:45 – Come and get settled.
19:00 – We begin.
20:00 – End of main session
20:30 – End of extra free session
