Art Therapy – A creative way to wellbeing!

23rd September 2017 1:15 pm - 23rd September 2017 3:15 pm

Art therapy – (with meditation). A creative way to wellbeing!

We live in a world full of technology where our lives are fast paced and information is required to be accessible 247.

It is scientifically proven that we are at our best when we are thinking creatively.

As more and more of us are looking to the past as a way of coping with our modern lifestyles, as a way of being good to ourselves and nurturing our souls, Art Therapy is an ancient method of relaxation, a way to de stress after a busy day and recharge your batteries. Letting go of tension and allowing your creativity to shine.

Learn how to use Art as a form of stress relief. The two hour workshop includes a guided meditation. Participants are encouraged to think creatively, and responsibly as a member of a group and wider community. We learn how wonderful it is to share, and the joys of being a contribution to another person’s life. We experience the difference between being attached and being committed and how this can impact on our lives.
