In this 4 hour class you’ll be learning how you can create a range of tasty, delectable vegan dishes. These are foods that will not only have your taste buds singing with joy, but will also enrich your health and well-being rather than depleting and robbing you of your precious health, vitality and energy. Join Vegan Chef & Macrobiotic Educator, Dejan Belusevic, for this inspiring, educating and insightful class where you will learn how to make more conscious and healthy choices with plant-based cooking.
This course takes veganism to a whole new level and will allow you to bring awareness to your food choices, improve your cooking skills and expand your knowledge of how food affects us holistically – mind, body and spirit.
The class will be taught using whole food, organic, fresh ingredients, all vegan, refined sugar and dairy free. Deliciousness guaranteed!
The class is designed for anyone interested in vegan/plant-based cooking. Whether you are new to veganism, curious about it or you’ve been vegan for a while you’ll come away with fresh insight and knowledge of how you can make more conscious and empowered choices.
Taught by Dejan Belusevic who has spent the last 10 years studying, practicing and applying the gifts of macrobiotics, plant-based nutrition and holistic living, as well as supporting others in making positive changes to their diet, lifestyle and wellbeing.
This will be a mix of hands on and demonstration cooking. Together we will create a beautifully balanced, satisfying and delicious 3 course meal and finish up with sharing our creations.
There will be plenty of opportunity to receive coaching and support for participants throughout the workshop.

– Nut roast with red wine gravy
