This is a new Meditation workshop that will be run by Emma Toms.
Deep relaxation meditation uses a hypnotherapy type technique that takes the recipient to a very deep state of relaxation and opens the subconscious mind.
Many of our fears and behaviors are stored here and this meditation allows this to be worked with by making new positive suggestions to the subconscious mind that this is no longer required.
The meditation aims to take you to a state of deep relaxation and to help open the subconscious mind. Allowing old negative habits and behaviours to be worked with, to try and create new and more positive ways of thinking.
Meditation is done seated in a chair or lying down to enable total relaxation.
The event is only £7 per person.
