Welcome to: Gentle Wake Up Yoga – with Jen!
Start the day awakening your body and senses, so you feel calm energised and connected.
Gentle Yoga postures (Asanas), breathing (Pranayama), and relaxation to kick start your metabolism and move Prana (vital energy) around your body.
Yoga is such a great way to start your day with a clear mind, refreshed body and positivity.
Classes are only £6 per person.
This is a 1 hour class.

Parking is free down Cowgate and Priestgate after 6:30pm, but spaces are limited. The nearest paid car park is NCP behind TK Max as well as behind Town Hall.
Jen is a British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Diploma Yoga teacher, offering Hatha Yoga classes and workshops, with Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises and relaxation to balance mind and body. Jen is also trained teaching Restorative Yoga and is also a trained Shiatsu therapist.
