Join Vegan Chef & Macrobiotic Educator, Dejan Belusevic, for this inspiring, educating and insightful class where you will learn how to make more conscious and healthy choices with plant-based Gluten Free cooking.

Vegan cooking should be delicious without compromising health and well-being. In this class Dejan will be sharing the wisdom of Macrobiotic practices and principles. You will discover how to create balanced, tasty and wholesome dishes that will enable you to harmonise with the season of autumn and achieve vibrant health.

This course takes veganism to a whole new level and will allow you to bring awareness to your food choices, improve your cooking skills and expand your knowledge of how food affects us holistically – mind, body and spirit.

The class will be taught using whole food, organic, fresh ingredients, all vegan, refined sugar, gluten and dairy free. Deliciousness guaranteed!

The class is designed for anyone interested in vegan/plant-based/gluten free cooking. Whether you are new to veganism, curious about it or you’ve been vegan for a while you’ll come away with fresh insight and knowledge of how you can make more conscious and empowered choices.

Taught by Dejan Belusevic who has spent the last 10 years studying, practicing and applying the gifts of macrobiotics, plant-based nutrition and holistic living, as well as supporting others in making positive changes to their diet, lifestyle and wellbeing.

This will be a mix of hands on and demonstration cooking. Together we will create a beautifully balanced, satisfying and delicious 3 course meal and finish up with sharing our creations.

There will be plenty of opportunity to receive coaching and support for participants throughout the workshop.

The menu/dishes you will learn are:

Adzuki bean soup

Buckwheat/Chickpea fritters
Miso pepper sauce
Massaged kale/green beans/tender stems salad
Chinese cabbage short-pressed salad

Stuffed apples with coconut cream sauce

Space is limited to 10 participants to ensure each participant receives quality attention.
