When I talk to my friends, tribe, customers and clients I see a bit of a gap – with our growing desires to #meditate compared to how much we actually meditate (myself included).
So I have set this monthly meditation morning for us. It will be on the 2nd Friday of every month. ANYONE is welcome. (I will be meditating too). Other than me doing an introduction with maybe some breathing, grounding and supporting some ‘Intentions’ to be set, these sessions WON’T be guided and a variety of music will be played in the background for you to use this space to meditate and contemplate in this safe space how you choose.
I met a lovely lady recently called Karen recently who reminded me of the book called the ‘POWER of 8’ where there is growing evidence that if more that 8 or more people set an intention for something and meditate on it it has more power. I haven’t researched this number myself to know if its ‘true’, but this was the original reason I set up the quarterly Group Flash Mob Meditations in Cathedral Square to COLLECTIVELY put out better Intentions and energy for our city/region/world in different ways. So we also can also use this meditation group time to set group Intentions (in accordance with Enlightened Values) if people wish too.
It’s FREE to join us if you are a Soul Happy volunteer, Squad Member, Workshop leader or core tribes person, and it’s only £5 per person if you are not. Refreshments, grounding mats, crystals, blankets, chairs, pillows, also available to use too (optional).

All levels welcome from beginner to advanced. However, if you would prefer to have a guided meditation, then there are evening workshops available with Natasha Wilkins (last Thursday of the month) and Kim V Coley (1st and 3rd Monday of the month. PS. Bring a Notepad or journal with you so that you can write notes, intentions, epiphanies and findings/wisdoms down within your practice and to take home to continue with them
