Deep relaxation meditation uses a hypnotherapy type technique that takes the recipient to a very deep state of relaxation and opens the subconscious mind.
Many of our fears and behaviors are stored here and this meditation allows this to be worked with by making new positive suggestions to the subconscious mind that this is no longer required.
The meditation aims to take you to a state of deep relaxation allowing old negative habits and behaviours to be worked with, to try and create new and more positive ways of thinking.
Meditation is done lying down to enable total relaxation. There are stairs in the shop, please let me know if you have any difficulties with this
