Peterborough and the surrounding towns host a rich and diverse range of vegan activists so the PEAR Share (Peterborough Animal Rights – Share) is a way for us to all come together to eat good food, share brilliant ideas with a view to taking more meaningful action to help be a voice for the animals.
The concept of the Share is simple, you join us at Soul Happy centre in the heart of Peterborough and we all get down to discussing what we can do for animal rights now and for the future.
We envisage that the event will allow participants to discuss all of the different ways that we can help animals in the region and also offer new and current activists the opportunity to learn new skills in the art of Public Outreach, Peaceful Demonstration and Vigils.
There are 4 basic rules;
1. All food must be vegan
2. No discussions or developments of illegal activities
3. All participants must be willing to be proactive and take part in some activities.
4. Hunt sab group members welcome but your work is not to be discussed.
The organisers and the Soul Happy Tribe welcome you to a new beginning in local animal rights.
This meet-up recommends £1-2 per person donation to cover costs of teas, coffees and venue.
