About me and my therapy practice

Counselling offers the opportunity for you to explore whatever is going on for you with someone who listens carefully to you. It can be a space for self-reflection, exploration and self-development. As your counsellor I will provide you with a safe, quiet space which is free from judgements and pre-conceptions, a place where you can talk freely and be heard. I will not give you advice or tell you what to do but I will be with you to help you on your personal journey as you explore and make your own decisions. I work as an integrative, relational counsellor which means that I combine a range of different approaches in order to support you in a way which works best for you. Please contact me by telephone or email if you have any questions or would like to arrange an initial session to give you the opportunity to meet me and get a sense of whether you feel counselling will be right for you at this time.

In addition to my private practice, I work as a counsellor for a local charity providing free counselling for young people between the ages of 11-16 and a mental health charity providing free counselling for individuals aged 17 and above.
