What is NLP?
NLP is a model of communication and explores how we communicate to ourselves and to others and how that communication creates and affects our behaviour. NLP is a combination of cognitive and behavioural philosophies which focus on the information coming in through the neurology (cognitive) and the programmes we run inside our heads to produce the behaviours (behavioural) we do. NLP brings together the power of language, the power of understanding how the brain works and the power of the link between the Conscious and the Unconscious Mind. With all this power and understanding we can effect great change. Our role when we know this is simply to want it and act on it!
NLP opens up more choices for you. You will learn how to control how you behave, be aware of your emotional and physical states and have the power to determine how you communicate with others. NLP explores how the mind works and demonstrates how you shape your personal experiences. Modelling excellence for the best results is just one way in which NLP supports positive change.
