What is Time Line Therapy?
The techniques used in Time Line Therapy are an extremely effective process of active imagination. We can dissociate ourselves from problems if we imagine floating above our Time Line and letting go of negative emotions and limiting decisions or beliefs. Then we can begin to imagine creating events in the future that support our goals or outcomes. Time Line Therapy™ techniques have demonstrated results in a broad variety of presenting problems, for example in removing phobias and barriers to confidence and success. It is a powerful technique which allows us to make long-lasting changes in a very rapid way. By discovering the root cause of the problem, we can learn from these causes, reframe the learnings into something positive and forward looking and allow this to guide us from the past to the present. We can then positively approach similar situations in the future having let go of what previously held us back.
